Well it looks like mark #1017 in Rontgen's Marks on German, Bohemian and Austrian Porcelain book, but I cannot make out the figure above the crown. Is it a circle or a bee? If bee, it is not the one in the book. Anyway if a circle, the mark is for: W. Goebel Porcelain Factory, Rodental, Bavaria, Germany, 1935 - 1937.
Also, looks at this site for your mark. Seems that you have a double crown marked piece. The Crown Mark that appears twice on the same piece, more often one mark incised and the other stamped, is known as the "Double Crown Mark".

It is a circle (not a bee). So that "C" looking thing around the "W" is a G for Goebel. OK. Makes sense
