Hey, I have been trying to indentify the hallmark on this piece for a while now, I know little about porcelain and what I do know I have mostly read on the internet or in books. Could anyone help me?

Actually I found the one I was thinking of: Homemakers Idea Company. But that's not it, or at least that's not their current signature/logo.
Could it be the logo for a mail order catalog company?

tried a number of reference books but cant see that one anywhere. have you tried looking for similar pieces in local shops?...or taking it to an antiquie/collectibles fair and seeking advice?

the top part of the mark is similar in some respects to one used by Amstelhoek in earl 1900's. might be worth loking to see if your make as an extension of this??

While I was looking for a pitchfork mark I ran across this mark.

When I 1st saw the picture of the mark I thought that was another letter below the H but it turns out it's an arched cat. At least I'm pretty sure that's what it is. lol
