OK, I'll set the ball rolling. Something seems Dutch about the little girl, but I don't think it's Dutch made. There's a slightly Capodimonte feel to it, but it isn't that either. It's probably not expensive, but quite a complicated bit of moulding work. Very possibly German, but I'm not going to try for a date (of manufacture, that is... I don't know Lulubelle well enough yet.) Not as fine detail as two little figures I've got, which I must post here sometime, but not dime store, and some of the expensive stuff is no more detailed than this. Platinum - your turn...
