Help on TWO great items!
Question:
Cream and orange with gold handles resembles Grainger Worcester Only mark is a capital A with dot below it. And Continental? Prussia? Only mark is an impressed 320 over a number 25. Bird Motif Answer: Sorry, but I haven't been able to help you with these two beautiful pieces. The only "A" mark that I found that even came close to your mark was in Kovels Dictionary of Marks Pottery & Porcelain 1650 to 1850. Kovels relate these to Bow Pottery in Great Britain in the 1700s. But checking elsewhere on Bow Pottery, this is not the mark. Who knows which author is correct? Copyright ? 2006 - 2007 www.thankhealth.com Privacy Policy
