I don't know anything about that pattern, but part of the problem might be the way you have the title written. It won't be picked up in a search for "thousand faces" because of the "/". You might get more hits with "Thousand Faces / Man" or "Thousand Face / Man" in the title. Also, eggshell porcelain is a generic term. Probably not worth wasting the spaces in your title. It would help if you included "Japan" in the title, and if you could discover the particular maker.
I'd probably title it "Thousand Faces / 1000 Man Plate - Japan"
That way it would hit search terms for "thousand faces", "thousand face", "1000 face", "1000 faces", "1000 man" and "thousand man"...plus anyone searching for items from Japan.
