Fabric Help Please
Question:
I bought some fabric for a project for my girls at the thrift store and the always clump together huge amounts of fabric. When I got home I looked through it and found some that is cute enough to list if ya'll think it is worth my time. I know nothing about fabric (well except silk and lily pulitzer fabrics but that's a whole nother thread). Anyway, It feels like burlap to me. The design is on one side ??stamped, I guess?? any thoughts would be appreciated. Click on the pics below to get a better vies. Answer: It's a printed fabric - likely not stamped - probably from the early 1970's. You can call it burlap or hopsacking...it's basically a loosely woven cotton fabric. Often used for home décor, but also could be used for certain garments. --K Answer: Thank you - Thank you Copyright ? 2006 - 2007 www.thankhealth.com Privacy Policy
