Free Paper-Piece Web Site
Question:
I know there are a zillion web sites that offer free quilt patterns. I'm a beginner to foundation piecing (actually, any type of quilting) so I'm spending a lot of time looking at samples and browsing free patterns.
I found this site that is not to be believed IMO for the volume of free foundation patterns. I like how most of the patterns are shown as an entire quilt, not just the single block. Plus, the detailed instructions and number of finished samples showing various fabric/color combinations is incredible and such a bonus for someone (like me) who isn't confident in the color department.
You may want to turn down the volume, though. I find the music a little annoying.
Anyway, just wanted to share.
Enjoy!

Answer:
Hi wryly
I checked out that site and you are right on all counts.
Lots and lots of attractive patterns. And loud music that'll wake you up and then irritate you.
You can wait until the page loads completely and then hit the stop button to stop the noise. And the good thing is that the individual pattern detail pages do not load music.
