Powerhouse Museum. Most are cotton fabrics from 1893-94.
Also 2 silk swatches from 1923. (page 33)
I don't see info about where these fabrics were made. That would be interesting. (Maybe I need to dig deeper on the site)

edited to add: Some of these I might have dated as 1940s (etc) if I'd seen them out of context (well, maybe not, depending on the the exact colors and the fabric itself)
