Chado Ralph Rucci at Kent State gallery
Question:
http://dept.kent.edu/museum/exhibit/rucci/main.htm This is still going on through April 23. Right now at ebay: http://search.ebay.com/search/search...rclo=&saprchi= Answer: OK, I'll admit I've never heard of Chado Ralph Rucci but that's not surprising as I don't think I own a single piece of designer clothing. Heck, the jacket I had on yesterday came from Goodwill! But Kent State is my alma mater and I have been to the fashion museum though not for several years. It is very nice considering it's in the building that used to be the Bursar's office! All those memories of standing in long lines to give 'em your money or straighten out the mistakes they made on your account.... lol I have to admit that most of my clothes are either thrift shop or Elaine's Own Design or for some basics, Lands End or Eddie Bauer outlets. But those clothes in that show are amazing! (Well, a couple are just strange... ) And it's interesting that they are showing clothing from a person who is still designing, rather than a retrospective of someone like Adrian or Chanel who are done designing forever.
