2 Interesting ebay Store Experiences
Question:
I had a customer buy two pieces of fabric out of my ebay store this morning. Being the nosie Nellie that I am, I clicked on some of her past purchases. She's never bought fabric that I can see but collects Czech ceramics and I just happen to have a piece of Czech ceramics up for auction right now. So she checked out my auction for the ceramics and then ended up buying fabric out of the store!
Also, I listed a needlepoint kit in my store last night but I really don't have anything related listed in auctions right now that could lead someone to it but it sold today anyway!

Answer:
Tanya, that's great news for you and should be encouraging for anyone else thinking about opening a store.
When I'm browsing eBay and click on an auction, I will often check out the seller's store, also. Truthfully, I tend to look at all of the store's items if there are only one or two pages but I never browse through a store that has hundreds and hundreds of items. My brain just can't take it all in.
Are you getting ready to really gear up for fall? I won't list anything else 'till after Labor Day but I'm getting auctions ready to launch the second week of September. I hope sales pick up for all of us then.

Answer:
Wow! That's wonderful, Tanya!
So, you are getting NEW buyers to your store?
I'm almost thinking I should invest some time in setting one up... Almost.
Anyhow, congratulations on these sales!
