I have tried and tried searching for it and found others but not this one...so i know no back ground on it...i tried looking up cat lion cougar mountain lion...anything and can't find it at all!!

The mark Napier in block has been used since 1922 till its sale in late 1980s and merchandise was marked Napier in script, the company was purchased by "Victoria & Co".
