Glass Beads - Need Help With This Necklace
Question:
I know nothing about blown glass beads. I have this necklace that I got in a box lot at an auction. The chain is silver (cannot find a mark that indicates it is sterling) and has a claw clasp.

I am not asking for someone to write the description but I really need help with keywords, etc.

TIA!
Answer:
Some of the beads look like Millefiori to me...hope that helps. It's pretty.
Answer:
Some do look like Millefiori and some look like Murano glass. How about using
"Art glass, Swirls, Abstract"
I'll look some more later but I have to run to the hospital right now.
Answer:
Not much help yet but the green ones look like millefiori glass beads of unknown source maybe Italian, maybe Indian. The yellow one looks like a color lined Czech glass bead. The red round bead on the drop looks like India glass and the teardrop pendant looks like the roughly made Japanese millefiori of about 40 years ago, but could also be modern.
Answer:
Thanks for your help! I am going list it and see what happens.
Answer:
Glass beads are very transparent; usually it is very cheap, use semi-precious beads, or precious beads for necklaces.

Rahul
