Bronze Broach - Identification Required

My father purchased this broach a number of weeks ago and is stumped as to its age / maker etc. Anyone assist in indetyfying this item?

Arer there any maker marks or stamps on the broach? It looks like copper to me. Very cool!

Hmm ok - I'll put a link to this posting on the ebay discussion as suggested. Copper / bronze - im just the hired help - its my father who's the antiques boffin, and this bad boy has him stumped
With regard to markings, he thinks its a 'picasso' broach. If you look closely to the left of the nose, you can just about make it a 'P. I '
Amyway let's see if anyone can shed some further light on this.....
