Question:
I need help in IDing the following pin and earrings.The earrings are marked sterling on the back, the pin has some blocks at the bottom, but I cannot make out anything. Any help will be appreciated. Also they need a good cleaning. Should I clean them up, or leave them as is?

Can't help with the identification.
Can you take a picture of the hallmark on the pin? Sometimes, I place a large magnifier at the end of my camera lens to get a close-up picture.
As far as cleaning is concerned, I always clean silver before selling.

The best I can see on the hallmark is that there are three boxes, the last box has a V in it. I cannot make out anything on other two, with my magnifier. I do not have a magnifying lens on my camera. Does this help at all?
