It's almost at the bottom of the page. It's called Charisma, and she doesn't call it anything as to the style, but I've seen numerous others in this style described as bib, sometimes collar, or bib collar.
Geez, I couldn't believe how many of the SC pieces I recognized... and many I used to have! They did make some nice stuff!

I saw it on an "original card" that labeled it as product "Charisma". I would call it Chandelier, Bib, or Cascade, but I am NO expert. My search on google showed similar ones with any of these labels.
