xm radio
Question:
Does anyone have XM radio? I was wondering if it was worth the investment.

Answer:
the investment. Especially since right now sony is offering $75 cash back on their receivers. I use the plug and play with the cassette adapter. I would suggest first trying the little mouse shaped antenna that comes with the unit before spending $150 on a truck antenna. Mine works fine. Some just stick them up in a cubby hole overhead of the drivers seat. I use three little velcro patches to hold it to the roof. Once you try it I'm sure you'll never go back to straight radio reception...BOL

Answer:
I kinda went for the expensive package, but it is still an awesome invention..I agree with getting the cheaper antenna if you can,but keep in mind if your cab is aluminum(like mine)just throwin it up in the cubby hole above the seat will not work.I prefer the "shorty"truck antenna low profile so your not banging anything against it and it comes with all the mounting hardware
Enjoy

There's many tips, hints and facts for you to sort through.
Remember, if you're with a company that 'slip seats', you'll want to get the portable one.
Check with your company before having one permenantly installed in a truck that you don't own.
BTW, I love my XM.
