Driving school records reported on DAC?
Question:
I have been going to a driving school in my area and have been not just a little disappointed in the level of teaching they and many others I checked into have.
I now know the meaning of the expression "CDL mills" that is thrown around here.
Anyway, if I quit, will that appear on my DAC?
Or getting into it with one instructor that was just downright dangerous?
I`ll go into this a lot further if asked but right now I just want to get myself out of that mess and get my CDL on my own.
Thanks for your help!

Answer:
A CDL School can not be reported on DAC unless you were prehire from a Carrier that is paying for the schooling and you signed the contract through the Carrier, then the Carrier will place the black mark on DAC. If this is the case then you have the oblication to fulfill the contract.
If you took out a loan, and did not pay it back, then it will show up on your credit report. If this is Job Training Program, then you run the risk of being denied from the program. You must finish the training for JTP.
If you paid with cash, then you can do as you please.

Keep up the good work!
