It ain't been so easy, but I guess I shouldn't complain. I've always been crazy, but it's kept me from going insane." Was really fun Bobtailing the other night up to Marshfield...... DRIVER BY CHOICE Buzzdog Answer: How many times have they changed your truck on you? Whats it like living in a flat top? Answer: Let's see......... 3717- First trainer's truck 3328- Second trainer's truck 3213- 2nd phase truck. I stayed in the truck for about 2 weeks after phase 2 was over. 27??- A truck I had to move all of my equipment and personal items in for a day. I picked this truck up in Marshfield and took it to Iron Muntain, MI. This truck was going to be a "local truck". I was assigned 2968. 2968- I moved into this truck on July 4th. I was in it until mid September. It was a mid-roof with a 400 ISX, and side windows in the sleeper. Was a real nice truck 3040- Moved to this condo to do a "favor". They had to split up 2 guys in phase 2. My fleet manager asked me if I would drive with one of them for about 8 days to complete his training. I was in this tractor from about mid September until the end of October. 2765- Moved in my current ride the end of October until present. This tractor has the highest miles of any tractor I have been in. Close to 490k right now. Roehl will keep it past 500k. The engine was replaced in it about 20k ago. It is a flat top. It has a tiny Cummins 350hp in it. Well that is before they start choking it back. In hind sight, I really wish I had stayed in 2968. Not sure how long I will be stuck in this current ride. I will say this much though, out of all of the tractors I have been in, the flat-top actually has the most storage room. Go figure.
