You have to live with in 150 miles of a terminal, the terminals are Marshfield, WI/Kuakana, WI/Gary, IN/Iron Mountain, MI/Atlanta, GA. Not sure about Prentice, WI. You have to reach a certain milestone, as far as milage goes if you are not an experienced driver, think it is some where around 60k solo miles maybe. You slip seat in the tractor. If you do not know what slip seating is. You are out in your tractor for 7 days. When your 7 is up, you park it at your assigned terminal. You take all of your personal items out of the tractor and go home. A different driver takes your truck out while you are home. So you are basically sharing a tractor.

Is the 7/3 7/4 fleet that they have started. Basically you are sharing two trucks with three drivers. You could leave on a Thurs., drive til the following Thurs. take Fri-Sun off and drive from Mon. thru Mon. and take Tues- Thurs off. This could work out well, if you want to take time out for Dr appts and other things that you can't do on the weekends. I also think this would work pretty well with the new HOS rules coming on Jan. 1. You would never run out of hours. I'm considering going to this fleet if I can find someone in my area to share a truck.
