Had orientation today. Go out with my friend on Sunday. I get to leave the yard as he reads all the stuff I got that he needs to sign off on. Poor guy has not had trainer school. Am very glad we are good friends.
Of course cause this is the 1st time in going out the world here at home has gone seriously haywire. Daughters check was shorted a whole week. The direct deposit then went to the wrong bank. She can not get any money out as her pin number wont work, and hasnt gotten her checkbook yet. I need to get stuff for the week out. And my house is a disaster.
BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I leave sunday to drive truck ...WOOOWOOO!!! I really am not too crazy about the fact that after about 20 minutes of driving..we have to go though a tunnel. Yee haw!!! We are going to PA and have about 5 stops I think he said. He didint have the stops and all that yet. He rejected Ohio and Vermont to give us an easier 1st time out.
I am so excited and I really want to thank everyone that has been helping me along since I found this site!!! Now to go have a drink and settle down!!!

Thanks everyone. I am so excited. But I bet tomorrow I will be scared to death.
My friend hopes to have me ready to be alone in about 3 weeks. I prefer at least 4 He knows I really need help in backing and downshifting.
I am really amazed at the amount of people who have faith in me doing this. I got so much support from the school system, when I said goodbye Thursday. That I almost cant help but feel this is going to work and I will be as good a driver here as I was there.

Hoss what was your suggestion...I forgot.. But traffic wont bother me too much. I am glad we are leaving on a Sunday though! I do wonder what I am going to forget to bring and also what I will forgot to do here before I leave.
Tension is high around this household now. My daughter did get her checking accounts straightened out and her job paid her the week she was missing in cash...Go Target! So that is ok. I have a good idea of what I need to bring. Helps alot when your trainer is a good friend and says he has most everything we need in the truck. We also are only going out a "couple three days" lol his southern speech prevails.
So now I am just down to trying to get the house straight before I leave. Then get my stuff ready to go. Sure am going to miss my computer though..lol!
