hello i was wondering do you get your cdl after the 11 days of training or after the three weeks of advanced training with a training enginer in the truck with you

the day after i arrived at the school , we began our "crash course training". you'll get your learners until the final test with the trooper. if you pass the three part test ,pre-trip,yard manuevres,and road test, you'll be legal to drive solo. good luck.

You have to go through the 11 day course and pass your book tests.
A final on the 11th day is given, which consists of a 36 question test and a road test.
After completing the above, you then you go home for 3-4 days.
Then on to "Jump Start", for 4 and 1/2 days for more backing, book work and tests.
If you will be hauling glass or pulling flat bed, the glass company wants you to take your CDL test after "Jump Start", on that Friday.
If you go van, you will go out with your trainer for 2-3 weeks then take the SQT test.
After that you will use a company truck to take your CDL test in your home state.
Then, you will be given the keys to a 3-5 year old truck to drive and sometime later will get a newer truck.
