Or you can forget this advice and be like the driver I saved from taking the long way to Memphis after he asked on the CB how to get there and some jerks tried to send him through Joplin, Mo down to Ft Smith, AR and back across on I40. Heck of a trip since the guy was just north of Effingham, IL.
Now I gave the guy really good directions.
1 head south on I57. Get off at exit 162. Turn right off the ramp. Go to the stop light and turn right again. Go to the second drive and turn left. Park. Go inside and buy a map. Then get back on I57 south and continue trip. (And yes that is what I told the man.)
I will always be a mutter trucker at heart.

Good advice. Better yet, get a laptop and map software such as microsoft streets. In this way, you will almost never get lost and WILL make more money.
