I noticed in your profile that you are not yet a driver.(Unless this has changed since you signed up for membership) Since you have never driven for a trucking company asking for a DAC report would be a waste of time. They will not have an employment file on you, and if you are wanting to know exactly what is on your MVR you will be better off contacting your local DMV and requesting a copy.
To answer your question on if DAC reports cost anything. The answer is yes and no.
If all the person is wanting is the employment record on themselves then NO. It will cost you nothing. If you are wanting the full report which includes MVR and crimminal background check then yes it will cost you.
If by some chance you have driven since you first signed up on rucknet and are still with your first company then requesting the DAC report will do you little or no good. Companies only update employment info after you have quit or been fired.

Thanks for your info. To answer a couple of your questions. Yes I have driven before. I have driven for CR England, boy was that a mistake and for Dick Simon till just before Swift took over and they became Central Refrigerated.
I'm looking to make sure they did'nt mess my DAC report up so I won't have any problems with a new company.
