If you are an o/o, would the co. you lease to be concerned about your background. I have a ten year old felony and I was wondering if I was an o/o would it matter. Just a hypothetical question. Thanks.

YES!!!!!
Unless you own your own truck, your own trailer, and have your own operating authority a company is going to care about your background.
