"Now thats a S hit load of cash. 750 million hell why don't he buy some better equipment" Actually most of the trucks are fairly new and nice. They even have some centuries with all wheel air ride. Some newbies start out with the old cabovers but most usually get better trucks quickly.
I've always thought they had a better plan than some for newbies. My only choice with them when I started was OTR. I've never wanted to be gone 3 or more weeks so decided against them. Now they have more options. Specilized is one I would look hard at if staying out a couple weeks wasn't a problem. Of course there is drawbacks. But the pay is better and the trucks are newer.
I've been told their terminals are all nice and drivers are treated respectfully. They even have real food instead of the usual vending machine crap. Things that make the job a little better.
