Shaffer / Crete Pay Raise !!!!!
Question:
Okay all newbies heres some info for you to consider, or even experienced drivers.... Great new changes over here, for shaffer everyone except southeast regional gets a 2 cent per mile pay raise.... that makes shaffer now the HIGHEST PAID temperature controlled company there is ! plus anyone joining northeast regional right now gets a $1,000.00 signing bonus. for myself now for example i get .39 for all miles run and .41 for anything that picksup and delivers from PA/MD or north.....so as a northeast regional guy i average about .40 total at 2200-2500 per week and about 48 hours off on weekends.....thats $940 per week gross and no-touch freight... well just thought i would pass on the news i couldnt be happier and in end of January i get my annual .01 raise on top of that too... Answer: Your not a real truck driver, real truck drivers stay out for at least 3 weeks at a time Real truck drivers need cool looking trucks, not some ugly blue thing that has a dash that looks like a Ford Taurus. Real truck drivers run fast on the big wide open roads across the prairie, they don't drive some slow 65mph truck .40cpm 2200 to 2500 miles a week your overpaid, thats why you can't get no miles "no-touch freight" Come on now, pulling a reefer, just can't be ask anyone on the CB. real drivers want triple digit Pete's and 4000 miles a week at .25cpm,you must be new at this =============================== Say hi to old MR England for me,he's the driver that hangs around the PA terminal all the time and lives down along I-68,he a grizzled skinny old hillybilly guy that is always B/S'ing.Just tell him the former Crete volvo o/o from CT says hi. ------------------------- Need to get away from it all? http://www.carnival.com/ How about a trucking fantasy vacation Not sure what to expect? Well, if your idea of fun includes great food, exciting activities, lavish entertainment, pampering service and discovering exciting new places, you'll find all that on a Trucking "Fun truck" Rooster Cruiser vacation. Answer: Will pass on the greeting zig, Im pretty sure I know just who you mean..... and I am serious about the "no touch"....I mean there are lots of places you have to hire lumpers but to me if they pay for them its no-touch in my book I could live with a little bit faster truck too....and heck would rather have a new Volvo but the trucks are all fairly new and the mechanics keep them in good shape with the maintanence. I could go national and stay out those 2 to 3 weeks I guess.....but I love my weekend home time too much....for anyone else though heck stay out as long as you like P.S. ...send me an app. for the pete job at .25 per mile and 4000 miles a week, just might be interested "Hakuna Matata".....Greg All for the love of a good woman. Answer: Not only did we get a raise in the "Red Fleet" too, but some other great benefits! All "Blue Fleet" drivers are required to buy coffee for "Red Fleet" drivers. And, "Red Fleet" has control of the remote for the TV in the lounge at NKPA! =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= This space for rent. Call George @ 202-456-1414 for details. Answer: So y'all are the reason we couldn't watch anything other than the Lifetime channel at New K-town, especially on football weekends ! Well then, "red" needs to share them Pete 387's with "blue". Carlo 0351/8151/6531 I.Y.A.O.Y.A.S Truck #176 "Pain is weakness leaving the body." "Nobody ever drowned in their own sweat."
