cyanide (carlo) is my buddy and i talk to him on a regular basis 3-4x a week, he is fine, he does not have a laptop so he updates when he gets home, he also has some friends around the country when he gets by there he will update from time to time. I will tell him you are asking about him.

Just that since my cell phone got cut off I can't really keep in touch with anyone short of the wife with a quick, regular call. I don't yet have a laptop as the others mentioned and have to do e-mail over my cell phone (hence why it's always so short!).
