Answer:
He didn't need a dispatcher to help him get a series of tickets and lose his license. Dispatch didn't make him plow into stopped cars, either...

Answer:
The company isn't too strict onhiring practices if they allow someone who just got his license back last week to drive a truck. A lawyer probably will have an easy case with the driver and the company.

Answer:
All too often drivers are asked: "I need a favor." or "I have a hot load." When drivers turn the dispatcher down the load is passed on and the driver sits a day or two.
Drivers often look forward to larger paychecks because of the extra miles. Many drivers run at least 5 mph over the speed limit and some 10 - 15 mph over depending on the state.
New details
So drivers have a choice. When they decide to run illegal there are possible severe consequences.

A new detail was also released Thursday by the WHP. Moments before the deadly accident, Iloutchanski had clipped the rear trailer of another semi-truck, driven by Linda Moore, as she tried to move into the passing lane.
Iloutchanski then rear-ended and pushed into the back of another semi-truck the Crayton vehicle, which was stopped in the driving lane.

Iloutchanski is now in the Albany County Detention Center waiting his June 27 preliminary hearing. A Laramie judge set his bond at $1 million cash Wednesday at his initial arraignment, court records said.
Iloutchanski, who has a history of speeding and other traffic citations, had regained his driving privileges only last week, after loosing them due to an accident with his car, ABC-7 TV in Chicago reported.
The company that hired this idiot should also be held accountable. They never shoulda hired this guy.

Answer:
"When they decide to run illegal there are possible severe consequences." In this case the severe consequences were suffered by the victims and their family. He is going to get what he deserves. The family didn't deserve this.
Another driver like many many more that believe you make more money by running harder. It's simple, you don't. Even if something like this never happens the penalties in health, traffic tickets and more are to exspensive. You don't gain a thing. Eventually it will catch up with you. When it does it will be your fault and no one elses. You can't blame dispatch, companies, pay rates or anything else. Your the one that did it and your the one that will pay for it along with those who's lives you destroy on the way.

semi over turn in the median today on our way back from our class road trip to Vero Beach.
A guy in a T600 pulling a short container trailer went hauling azz by us in the rain.
Not a minute later he was on his side sliding across the median on I-95.
To top it of some other jacques azz stops his rig in the middle of the interstate to help moron #1. Finally he realized what he did and ran back to move his truck. Darn near got hit himself.
What a valuable lesson in trucking school about speed and space management.
