The short answer is that you're not going to find much positive information about England; the experiences of most people, as reported here, have been less than personally fulfilling.
There are plenty of "training companies" out there so don't limit yourself to these two.

personally i would go with us xpress. Anyone on this board will tell a million horror stories about cr england but over and above that, us seems to take better care of their equipment and they also do offer some automatics.
