Only two things I know of are infinite. The universe and human stupidity, and I am not real sure about the universe.

Answer:
I just finished my second month solo with WSE. I am pleased with them. I drove a little over 10k miles for the month of May.
They do have lower pay than some companies, but their bonus structure is simple. Be "dispatchable" for 24 out of the 30 calander days, and you get .02 / mile for all miles driven that month. They pay the bonus quarterly.
No big hoops to jump through for that!
The truck I got was in bad shape when I got it, but I cleaned it up, and WSE did some work on it, and even set me up with 10 NEW tires!!!! It is challenged for storage space inside, "midroof" FreightLiner, but, it is workable.
Hope this helps!

Oh those lovely FTL's, I still have my old one and just rolled a little over 600k on it. I guess I am one of the lucky ones. It hasn't shot craps on me yet. All the time it started to break down it waited till I at least got to the yard. I can stand up in mine and still have 6 inches to work with (lmaoo). I guess I am short or something.
You have to remember, the person before you had that truck. If it isn't decent, if it runs bad, it's because of who had it before didn't do his/her share of taking care of it.

Answer:
I can stand up in mine, but I can feel the light on the roof with my hair!
I am only 5'4" so it works ok for me, I just wish I had more storage space!!!
I did come up with a 3 shelf wire rack that is bungied to the top of the short cabinet. I have also found that plastic storage boxes make it easier to get your stuff, in and out of the cabinets.
My truck has been good to me so far!!! A little more power for the hills would also be nice...
