I don't drive for a living, but all the things that I have read, heard, and been told by thier driver's you would do better to pray to GOD that they won't hire you, but since they will hire a blind monkey with no arms and legs to drive, I would just walk away and find a better opportunity in the trucking industry, and considering what your looking at, there are plenty.

No to CRE. I am no fan of Swift, but in comparison, they are head and shoulders above CRE. Try the Pumpkins, try anything but CRE. They are the worst rip-off outfit going.

Yeah, avoid them like the plague. No other company out there gets as much bad press as these folks and 90% is well-deserved. With England, it's either play ball and do the funky logbook shuffle or end up sitting in a Nogales truckstop for 3 days straight. Even if they run you like a sled-dog, the .23 cpm chump-change newbie rate won't make much of a dent in your standard of living anyway. And you've got to be there for like 10 years to see a whopping .33 cpm! Puhleeeeze!!!
If you're an ex-con and have a shady past or you're down on your luck then they might be all right. But otherwise I would run, not walk from your friendly CR England recruiter.

Thank you, I think she's cute too..
She is a little over a year old...
She liked the truck, but hated the slaughter houses...Made her freak out & act strange..
So now she only goes on little mini trips every now and then..she is real sweet, but thinks she's 10x's bigger than she really is..
