Question:
Dang! Talked to the ROEHL recruiter this afternoon and he said the folks in Wisconson had supposedly found an entry on my MVR about an open container violation.
Crazy thing is, my wife works for an insurance company and they pulled my MVR and it shows clear.
Anyone have any ideas what they might be looking at? I've never had an open container ticket or violation in my life.

Answer:
That when Roehl, or more likely DAC, ran your liscense they used a wrong number somewhere and got back information belonging to someone else. It could also be that the recruiter has you confused with some other applicant. It is not uncommon for reruiters to be dealing with 20 or more applications at once.
If Roehl is a company you are wanting to work for get a copy of your MVR directly from the state and offer to send them a copy of it. Just make sure that the MVR report is dated.
Only two things I know of are infinite. The universe and human stupidity, and I am not real sure about the universe.

Thanks.. Don't think I have a DAC yet, but it's possible they transposed some numbers..

Answer:
Even though you have not had a driving career companies that utilize DAC services will still run a report on you. If you have never driven a big truck or driven one for a DAC utilizing company the employment history will be blank (which by the way is all you will get if you send off for a copy of your DAC report). DAC however will run and give a report to the companies you apply to information they obtain about your driving record and criminal background.
