Back on the road with a great company.
Question:
Well, three weeks ago started back on the road again. Driving for a company out of Wausau, WI. The company is WH Transportation, WH short for Wausau Homes. They have a Van, Flatbed, and Househaul divisons. Househaul hauls modular and components for houses. Started at .28 per mile with only 3mo xp in their Van divsion. Not bad, the company is good to work for and in the first three weeks have done, 2098, 2243 and 2447 respectively. Dispatchers are good and so is management. They are actively recruiting for the OH area, expanding and planning to open a terminal in the Hebron area. WH is a training company and hires drivers right out of school. They start newbie driver after a 4 to 6 week training period at .27 pr/mile Van, and .28 in flatbed and househaul. With a raise to .29/.30 after 2 mo. Flatbed hauls basically all 48, Van mainly midwest/east coast and most are home weekly. Househaul is WI, IL, IA, OH, MI and IN only. Great company to work for. If you are just out of school then by all means give visit their web site at WH Trans or send me an email and I will hook you up with them. Ed eweyher@hotmail.com Answer: Just doing a search on WH Trans and this was one of the few post I could come up with. Does anyone have any info on this company.
