Something very important to consider in the company you decide to stay at is, how do they treat the senior drivers. So many of these companies benefit by turn over to keep there pay down that it helps for them not to keep people to the top pay grades. The company I work for has over 2000 drivers and so many of the one's I talk to are at top pay, and are treated very well put on the runs they prefer. So in considering if its worth the while of staying in the year's to come I take comfort in knowing that the culture of the company I work for, dictates they respect long time drivers and have invested in keeping many folks futures with the company.
