An accomplice, a front desk night employee passes on your room number to thieves who will call your room late at night, typically between 0200 and 0400, to see if you are there and not in the truck. If you pick up, they will break into your cab by kicking out the small bubble window on the passenger side. They will take anything electronic, such as CB's CD players, expensive CB and XM antennas, etc. No attempt at trying to get at freight.

just about evey single hotel in the laredo area where trucks park has a security camera and its on 24/7 I go down to Laredo all the time and have stayed there and have never had or heard of problem there,
