Is there any way to challenge the information on the DAC report?

Answer:
Actually, you will Not be "Changing" the info that is currently on the DAC, but you will be allowed to "ADD" YOUR Version onto the report along with the Original version.
After receiving a copy of you DAC report...Call DAC & tell them that you would like to do a REBUTTAL.
They will send a form for you to tell Your side.(they will ADD YOUR Version Underneath the Original Version.)
That's how they USED to do it...I'm not sure if they currently do it that way or not.
