Besides the obvious,............
Question:
whats the difference between a company running local and reginal AND OTR? I guess this company has run only local and reginal for a few years. Includeing OTR is only a new venture for them. Could this be the reason why they are so screwed up? Answer: Local: Driver home every night. Usually within a 100 mile radius of home terminal. Regional: Usually kept to a 500 mile radius or so of the home terminal or to the three to five states around home state. Usually drivers get home every week. OTR. Run whereever the freight takes you. Really except for the teritory involved there is no difference between regional and OTR. From your posts it sounds like to me this company is just screwed up and it is probably because they are only looking at the dollar and cents picture and nothing else. It is so easy to armchair and Moday morning quaterback but until you step out on the field you have no real clue as to what is going on. Only two things I know of are infinite. The universe and human stupidity, and I am not real sure about the universe. Copyright ? 2006 - 2007 www.thankhealth.com Privacy Policy
