My wife and I are relocating to the centeral Florida area around May, I'm a student driver with Ohio Class A CDL's looking for employment as a company driver (Intrastate or interstate). Any info will be appriciated

Just from reading the past threads on this subject(Florida, drving opportunities), there are Not many of the big, major carriers that hire from certain areas in Florida.
US Express, WSE/Com-Car, Schneider, Hills Bros, are a few that I know of that Do hire out of Florida.

I'm not sure what part of Florida, you are moving to, but the best thing to do is....
Find an OnLine Version of the major newspaper of the area that you will be moving to.(then go to the Employment section & see what is available.)

Florida is kinda no-mans land.
Central Florida, does up your chances. Swift,Werner,Schneider,FFE,Stevens,Covenant all take newbies out of Central Florida. I am not sure about US Xpress, last time I checked they did not.
The price we pay to live in 78 degree and partly cloudy weather while the Northeast is under 2 feet of snow!

The farther north you are the better your chances. On the west side if you locate around Tampa Or I4 there are quite a few companies that will hire you. Go just 60 miles south and they drop off quickly. If I were to look for another job I would get a Tampa mailing address to make it easier.
Check out company web sites. A lot of them will have a line through the middle of Florida indicating their hiring area. That line is usually I4. Good luck.

I will be starting with WSE on the third of March, after 16 months off.....I live in Spring Hill, I do not remember where you said you were headed. My neighbors drive for US Express and Covenant, there are a couple more within a couple of miles, but never noticed the names on their trucks. If you need any info on the area, just email me.
