I have been going to school for about three weeks now and am having a bad one. Lesson learned, check it out completly before you go, How many trucks, all trucks certified to operate in state of residence, school authorized to operate in state of residence, propretary license for state of operation or ajoining state(s). I will put it to you like this, I have had to reschedule five times now, and have to now rent my own truck to test in. I have learned a valuable lesson and so have the other students. Later.

I've NEVER heard of a school that makes the Student Rent a trk to take road test in.(most schools FURNISH trks for students to test in.)

I live 30 miles from Louisville and have checked out a lot of schools here in KY. However, I have not found a good one in this area. The only school that seems ligit is the WKK Vo-Tech.

Miss Lovely - You might check out this school http://www.isothermal.edu/truck/. I have a friend that went there and was very happy. They have many students from out of state and have reasonable accomodations to select from. Good luck on your search!
