need advice on carriers
Question:
anyone tell me who is a good northeast carrier?

Answer:
if any driving experience do you have? Also how what are you looking for? Regional (home every week) OTR based in your area that can get you home every two weeks? Pizza delivery route? Just a little more info might help us help you.
Only two things I know of are infinite. The universe and human stupidity, and I am not real sure about the universe.
Answer:
i have 2.5 years experience and woul like to be home weekly any advice on any carriers would be great

Answer:
Smith Transport out of PA, USXpress, JB Hunt and Werner, all have either NE regional positions and/or dedicated gigs for that part of the country. There are actually a lot more carriers that either haul strictly in that area or have the type of position you are looking for.
There are also many job board sites on the web that can help you narrow down your search. If you go to Yahoo or Excite and type in truck driving jobs in the search field you will see what I mean. Some of my favorites are everytruckingjob.com, classadrivers.com, and 1800drivers.com.
