Hello Drivers and Drivettes.
I apologize for being gone for awhile, but I took a much needed vacation. But upon returning to the scene I've
checked into a lot of things going on around the community and the forum. I was able to confirm that the TROLL known (edited) GREG SMITH really is a SWIFT TERMINAL MANAGER. And that a lot of the practices he
spoke of is going on at the SWIFT CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION. Drivers are making commitments upon
completion of these CDL schools, and having to wait 4-6 weeks on a trainer. And after getting one they go through 2-3 trainers before getting a broken down 2001 FREIGHTLINER and barely making $350 a week on the road. While these GREG SMITH's of every terminals 401K is getting bigger and bigger.
Worst of all the trainers don't have to train the drivers and keep a job as long as they spend quality time under the Training manager DESK. Jay Dee we all wish U the best but watch the signs and think about #1
