Answer:
Three company's in three months. You will fit right in at JB HUNT. Enjoy your new venture Specializing in marine repairs: Inboard, Outboard, and I/O's.
Local and long distance hauling available.

Answer:

3 companies in 3 months? WTF is your problem?

Answer:
You mean why is he going to trash companies like JB Hunt.
I'll give you some advice on JB Hunt, don't go there. You won't even come close to making what they've told you their drivers average and you won't even come close to your home. You would be better off at Swift for starting out. Don't worry about your track record to this point. It's normal and even expected for newbies to jump around. Most companies know recruiters have BS'd you to this point and their counting on their line of BS to suck you in again. Just don't keep it up. Your going to need to settle down some where for a while and making a wise decision on a company right now is the only way to go. JB Hunt for a person who wants to make money isn't a wise decision. Take some time to look around while you can.

Answer:
You're going to have to put a little more info in to get a decent responce to this question..
1 person might love company "A" another hate it.. You have to define what it is that you are looking for.
Are you wanting to "get home every night", weekend, or once a month is fine?
Are you wanting to drive only..No unloading?
What are your limitatins, will you do flatbed, tanker, auto hauling, HHG, reefer, or van only??
See the posibilities are almost endless....... What may be good for you might not be for someone else..
Answer:
Is 2006 the correct year you meant to type in there? Best of Luck with whatever you decide to do.........

Answer:

His problem? The problem is being a Newbie in the rude awakening stage of
the "Lifestyle". It's not was he thought it was going to be.

What are the alternitives for Newbies? Picking a color?
Answer:
I know some people who have been at JB for many years and like them but they are on dedicated accounts as for the jumping from job to job take your time and look for what you want. I am sure plenty of folks make more than I do but I am happy where I am but I did look around awhile before I found it.

Answer:
Here's my two cents for you.
First off, if you have been driving for four months and are on your third company, you need to evaluate what is important to you.
Your profile says your interests are "being home with wife and kids".
If thats true then you need to look around your area. Look at food service, dairys, LTL (even if you start out on the dock). Anything that will get you home at night.
Don't worry if they say they require a certain amount of experience. If you present yourself well you can overcome that obstacle.
Just evaluate what you want out of the job. If hometime is your primary concern then none of the large OTR companies are likely to work out for you.
Anyway best of luck.
