well i have made it I went to Ohio last week pick up my truck and off i went last week from Teledo Oh to BlasksburgVa in 12 hrs then deadheaded to whaytte Va, Knappolis NC ,then to Cartersville Ga when i picked up another load fron Gadsten Al to Shreveport La. 523 miles at $.42 a mile not bad but things are still slow but i was told as things warm up outside that business picks up

Congratulations BamBam and yes, when the weather warms up, freight does pickup. Mid Dec. to about Mid March is pretty much the slow season for much of the industry and Expedting is no exception. Best of luck to you in your new vocation.
