Interstate Distributors
Used to haul McDonalds stuff up here. No backhaul, so I don't know how they made money. That's a long, long deadhead back. Haven't seen them in a while.
Alaska Direct
Haven't seen them around in a while, but that doesn't mean they're not here. They used to have a bus run
from here to Minnesota. Don't know if they still do that.
Weaver Brothers
A big local outfit. They may have some outside work hauling oil field stuff in and out of the state.-Arthur Spooner

Answer:
Interstate ran dedicated route to Alaska for about a year. They hauled load both ways. I was told too many drivers were wrecking as company was pushing them too had. Also company bid job too low. They were using some special trailers for the run.
Think Alaska Direct was bought by Carlile Transportations Services.
