Question:
I am presently at RoadMaster Drivers School in Tampa. I have been offered a job with Swift Transportation.
Can anyone please tell me your thoughts on this company and what I should look out for?
I appreciate any thoughts and comments.

those companies suck up most new guys out of school....that way they can get by paying 23-25 cpm. but it may be difficult getting a better paying job w/o having the exp....so suck it up for 6 months to a year...then go elsewhere.
