Also must take driving schoool grads.

Just remember that most companies that offer weekends home don't offer 2 full days off. Most get you home some time Saturday, usually early, and you'll leave out again some time Sunday, usually late.

Alsp get the definition of "weekend". This new company I am with defines a weekend as two days off, which usually turn into Wednesday afternoon, all day Thursday, and I head back out around noon on Fridays.

I would say to plan on driving a year before you expect weekends off. In order to for you and the company to plan weekends off requires a full week of near perfect running and the company constantly tracking your progress with an eye on the weekend. Only smaller companies are likely to do that and not ones that can put someone new on their insurance.***Patience is the hardest thing to learn..
