Your dirving down the road and all the sudden you see a car or truck. and you notice it has its right turn signal flashing..
What does it mean to you ? and in what order if it means more than one thing to you ......

HeH ! Yup thats pretty much what he told me. 1st . It only means that the bulb is good and 2nd..that he may or may not make a change in his direction or lane
