I believe all they have now is the "lease" option. That, in and of itself, should be enough to make you run. They appear to have nice enough equipment though.

My friend drove for JCT..yes, typical lease program BS..they do have brand new equipment but its no different than any of the other lease programs...and thats all they have now is leases...u pay the bills, they make the money.

Most drivers who sucker for stuff like this don't cry about it. Alot of them brag about it.
It's a trucking mentality. The one companies count on when they recruite. Look at the number of people who work for years at some low ball company like Swift, Werner and others. They spend their time there bragging about the job until they wake up and realise they've been suckers. That is IF they ever do.
