Please give me all the pros and cons of each company. I want to know everything. Also, what's your pay been with either company.

Pros = They offer employment.
Cons = Low renumeration for efforts.

ANyway these are what we have narrowed down for my husband to go to, he has to go to one with a shcool...we don't have the money to pay for it. and several others dont hire in our area...so I am looking for advice on these two companies.

Check with Millis Transfer. They seem to be a nice company. If you don't have the money to pay yourself, check into the unemployment office for funding to go to school.

Out of the to i would say SNI (Schneider) they pay for your school and if you school in Fontana you dont owe them a year of work before you leave

Are there no community colleges in your area?? I paid a little over $300 for a 12 week program here in New Mexico at a community college. If you can't come up with that up front, think about when your husband is trying to survive out on the road while making $250 a week...something to think about.
Do yourselves a favor and pay for your own at a vacational school!

What state do you live in? There are a lot of gov't programs that will pay for your training with a local truck driving school with no strings attached just as long as you get a job then you won't be tied down.

Try www.flatbedfred.com some good infor there, and they are a much better co. than Swift or Schnieder I feel. I started with Werner, and they were great for me. Now with Wa-Mart, so just hang with one co. as long as you can, then go to the better paying ones with excellent benifits. That is my opinon, but look before you leap.
