When you are looking for work after truck training schools and your new license, are the choices any more better if working as team drivers?
I read companies are always looking for team drivers. True, two drivers can travel more on the road and the company gets more loads and profits.

BINGO! Follow the money. Teaming is a way for truck companies to maximize their efficiency without having to actually treat their drivers any better.

Ask yourself the following questions...
-Can I sleep in a moving truck?
-Can I sleep knowing there is another driver at the wheel that I may not trust or know very well?
-Can I live inside this cramped space with another person who may have questionable habits?
The positive side is that there are two of you to handle situations. What one person doesn't remember, the other might. But, you both have to sleep (if you can) and that sleep should not be disturbed every 1/2 hour or so by your partner asking questions or needing help.
